One person
So he started building a small team in Romania. Picked people carefully. Made sure every one of them delivered at the level he did. The client's leadership noticed. And they started telling other founders about it.
About HKR.TEAM
We have active teams present in multiple countries across the globe.
HKR.TEAM is a Global HR partner that builds and operates remote teams on behalf of US-based companies. Our European roots and US presence make us a reliable partner for companies with international operations.
We have active teams in South Africa, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, United States, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Philippines, Tรผrkiye, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Ireland, United Kingdom, North Macedonia, Spain, and France.
The bet from the start was simple: compete on quality, not volume. Instead of maintaining a bench of agents, we recruit specifically for each client and place a small number of dedicated people. They stay longer, perform better, and cost less to manage than a bloated team ever would.
HKR.TEAM's model started with one founder doing the work himself. It grew because US founders talk to each other, and the ones who tried our services kept telling the next one. No outbound sales. No marketing budget. Just results that spoke for themselves.
Today we operate in 20+ countries, but the anchor hasn't moved. US founders set the bar. We hire to that standard everywhere. Most new ones still show up the same way: someone they trust told them about us.
As more founders came in, they brought different challenges. Customer service expanded into operations and sales. Individual hires turned into full teams and departments.
HKR.TEAM didn't plan to diversify. The clients pulled us there because they trusted the work and needed more of it in different places.
Clients needed people across time zones and borders. HKR.TEAM built the infrastructure, became an employer of record in 20+ countries across four continents.
The geography grew, but the anchor point never moved: US founders, US standards. Every team, no matter where they sit, operates on the same expectations that built the first one in Romania.
We're not waiting for the future to arrive. HKR.TEAM is already integrating AI into how our teams work: smarter workflows, faster onboarding, better tools for the people doing the actual work.
The companies we serve will look different in five years. So will we. But we'll still be in the room, co-managing the teams, making sure the work gets done. That's not changing.
HKR.TEAM's internal culture runs on the same principles we bring to our clients' teams: clear expectations, direct feedback, and people who own their work.
Our eNPS is 78. For context, anything above 50 is considered excellent. We publish that number because the people building the teams should be as invested in the work as the teams they build. If our own team isn't thriving, we can't build teams that thrive for anyone else.
You pick the people. We handle everything that comes after: hiring, onboarding, HR, compliance, payroll. Every team gets a dedicated Operations Manager from day one, handling coaching and performance so your leaders don't have to.
You stay in control. We carry the weight.
At HKR.TEAM, feedback goes both ways and nobody waits for a quarterly review to hear it. When people here outgrow their role, they move into more responsibility.
Not just a bigger title.
Proof in practice: outcomes from co-managed global teams across roles and regions.
